Frequently asked questions
The things people ask before they get in touch.
What is the Christmas and New Year Refresh offer?
Join the $199 VIP membership for a free on-site measure, a free professional design service and free 3D renderings. Sign an eligible kitchen project before the offer closes and you unlock four Christmas offers: a doubled deposit, a half price second space, service fee savings and an exclusive HiCabinet Christmas and New Year gift. The offer runs from 1 October 2026 to Christmas 2026.
What does the $199 VIP membership include?
A free on-site measurement, a free professional design service and free 3D renderings of your space, so you can see the kitchen before you commit to it. New members also receive a member gift of equal value, chosen with your consultant.
What are the four Christmas offers?
They unlock once you sign an eligible kitchen project. Your $1,000 deposit counts as $2,000 off your contract. A second space, such as a laundry, wardrobe, TV unit, study or storage, is 50% off, conditions apply. Eligible installation and related service fees receive $100 off for every $1,000 spent. And every eligible order receives an exclusive HiCabinet Christmas and New Year gift.
What is the second space offer?
Kitchen clients can add a second space, such as a laundry, wardrobe, TV unit, study or storage, at 50% off once they sign their kitchen project. Conditions apply.
What does the 10 working day installation promise mean?
It is the window we plan every standard kitchen to, and the one we hold ourselves to. It starts after the final design is approved, once the cabinetry and benchtop have been manufactured and the site is ready for installation. Site conditions, access, material availability and trade scheduling can move it, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Does the collection price include installation or design?
No. The collection prices cover cabinetry. Design comes with the $199 VIP membership. Installation, removal of your existing kitchen, plumbing, electrical, splashback and appliances are not included and are quoted separately for your project.
What is the difference between the three collections?
The cabinetry and the benchtop are the same size in all three: 3m of wall cabinets, 6m of base cabinets and 6m of benchtop. What changes is the door, the benchtop specification and the hardware.
Why is there no installation price on this page?
Because it depends on your kitchen and your site. We price it once we have measured, so the figure you receive is for your project rather than an average that turns out to be wrong.
Which areas do you work in?
We work with homeowners across Melbourne, and you are very welcome to visit the showroom at Shop T26/27, 70 Middleborough Rd, Burwood East.
What happens after I get in touch?
We acknowledge your enquiry by SMS, and by email if you give us one. A team member then calls to discuss the project and the right next step for it.
