1. What we collect

When you request a reference price or quote, we collect the information you give us and a small amount of technical data:

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Project details you choose - space, style, finish level, rough size and suburb - and the indicative price range shown to you.
• Technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as your browser type and the time of your enquiry.

2. How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and prepare your detailed quote.
• To arrange a measure or a showroom visit, and to follow up on your project.
• To improve our quote tool and service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Consent and marketing messages

By submitting the form you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry by phone, SMS and email. Our messages always identify HiCabinet and include a way to opt out. To stop marketing messages at any time, use the unsubscribe link provided in the message or visit our unsubscribe page.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who help us run the service, and only so they can do that work:

• Hosting and database - Google Firebase, with your data stored in Australia.
• Messaging - our SMS and email providers, to send your quote and follow-ups.
• Advertising and analytics - Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel, when you allow the relevant optional category (see section 7).

5. Storage, security and overseas disclosure

Your enquiry data is stored in Australia and access is restricted to the people who work your enquiry. Some providers (such as Google and Meta) may process limited data overseas; where they do, they are bound by their own privacy and data-protection obligations.

6. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies and tracking

With your permission, our pages use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, and Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure campaign results and improve relevant advertising. Optional tools are off until you make a choice. You can accept, decline or change these categories through “Cookie settings” in the website footer, as well as use your browser controls.
